What Does Party2Party Supply in Regards to it's Cinema Movie Screen Hire Package

Party2Party supply everything you would need to project or showcase a movie, family photo's, home movies or hook up most gaming systems. Here is a list of equipment we supply and setup for you (all footage, video must go through your laptop first):

1. 3 x 6 meter Black Gazebo with side walls
2. 2.6 meter Cinema screen (one of the biggest wide screen for garden hire in Nottingham)
3. Full HD 16.9 or 4.3 LED Projector (HDMi, USB inputs)
4. 2 x Active Speakers that combined can punch out 1200watts of Sound
5. 6 bean bags with foot stools
6. 3 camping chairs
7. Ground Sheet
8. Mood lighting
9. HDMi Cable to connect the projector to your laptop (IMPORTANT POINT: We cannot plug movie streaming sticks right into the projector due to copyright guard. Any such devices need to first go through your laptop. If you plan to play these sticks through your laptop then you will need WIFI enabled).

You Will Need To Supply:

1. 4x7 meter flat smooth surface (on grass, asphalt, smooth concrete, fake grass, tiles, bark chips or decking) where we can setup the 3x6 meter Gazebo Cinema on & secure it down.
2. A fully working Laptop with HDMi output port & WIFI (as all movie/film/picture/sound content must go through that first).
3. Electrical outlet to plug in projector, lighting, sound system & your laptop.
4. Easy Access to your garden

NOTICE REGARDING LICENCED FILMS: Due to UK licencing regulations we cannot supply customers/clients films or movies on any type of media devices. This includes any plug-in or subscriptions services such as Netflix, Now TV, Amazon, Disney+ (to name just a few content service providers). All we offer in the way of hired equipment is the ability to project content onto the BIG screen. You as the customer/client will need to supply your own plug-in media content and are responsible to have the proper TV licencing for your property. You will also need a Wifi or Ethernet cable that extends out to your garden if you plan to use a smart device (laptop, phone, tablet) to show content via your laptop.
