Setup & Pack Away Time Required:
1 hour - We highly suggest you allow us 1 hour before official party start time to do setup and 1 hour to pack away for this party package. It involves a lot of equipment and we have to also factor in unloading/loading van. Please be aware that the venue must be on ground floor and have no more then 1 step to get into the place. We don't do stairs due to weight of equipment. If venue has a working lift then we can accommodate events in multi-story buildings.

Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire:
We only offer all day hire for indoor use all year round.
We are unable to offer selected hours for just bouncy castle hire in halls unless you have the key all day and we can arrange collection later in the evening. This does not apply to the Inflatable "sport" party packages that have a set time slot!
Our inflatables are available to hire indoors all year round (for all day hires).
For indoor hall hire bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification.
It is your responsibility when booking our inflatable equipment to make sure it will fit in your hired hall.
Outdoor Inflatable Bouncy Castle Hire:
We provide outdoor all day hire from 1st April till 31st October only.
