Full Kids Disco Party Setup:
We supply a proper Pro mobile disco system with modern sound and lighting system setup. All electronic equipment is annually PAT tested. We use the Evox 8 Sound System due to it's great sound and portability. This sound system is Italian design and comes with 2 x active bass bin speakers and twin high active speakers.
We use LED lighting for stunning light effects. We have lighting like the Stinger 2, Derby's and UV lighting.
How to BLACKOUT Party Room:
If you would like the party room to be dark (so disco lighting effects I bring shine bright) then I would suggest you use what is called weed control fabric to cover the windows. It should be cheap black fabric found at most garden centres or hardware stores.
Current & Popular Music Played Plus Halloween Favourites:
Kids today listen to a lot of modern music on their smartphones, on TV and the Internet , on the car radio while out and about with parents and with friends. So, we play what they want to hear at their party. No nursery rhymes, just awesome party music and remixes plus of course the all time Halloween party favourites that every generation enjoys.
Group Party Games:
All my games are set to music and inclusive for all kids present at the event. We also try to include as many parents, family members & friends as well in the fun!
Bubble Machine:
The free use of a bubble machine is included in this package as long as it is permitted by hall administrator and there is adequate space to setup the machine and bubbles to fly freely. We do include a slip-proof mat to put down on the floor. 1 litre of bubble liquid is supplied free. (*) We do have the right not to use the bubble machine if we deem the floor gets to slippery for party goers and it becomes a health hazard. There is no monetary refund or discount if the bubble machine is not used (as it is classed as a free add-on).

We cover the following areas with my mobile disco (I come to your venue): Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Loughborough, Leicester and all surrounding towns and villages throughout the East Midlands UK.

Fuel/Travel Time Surcharge:
For some locations there is a small added surcharge for the extra fuel and time needed to reach your venue ... when you go to book and enter your postcode any extra fee will be shown.
Booking Fee Required to Confirm all Bookings:
To secure any booking I do require a £50 booking fee to be be paid via this web site using any major credit or debit card. If you want to pay via PAYPAL then there is a £2.25 surcharge to cover their charge on a £50 booking fee.
Booking Fee Refund Policy:
The Booking Fee is non refundable if you cancel your booking with me within 60 days before booked event date. The Booking Fee may be transferred to another booked date & time with me within 6 months of the canceled date of your original book date at my discretion and availability. The "Booking Fee" is for covering administrative costs and loss of business due to clients cancelation.
Weekend Time Slots For Birthday Parties:
As the weekend is the most sought after time to hold a party I do try to do a couple on a Saturday and a Sunday. Because of this I have setup time slots that I hope you will find accommodating and work for you.
Sat/Sun Morning Between: 10:00am to 12:30pm
Sat/Sun Afternoon Between: 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Sat/Sun Evening: 7:30pm onwards
Weekday Time Slots For Birthday Parties:
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri Daytime from: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri Evening from: 4:30 pm on wards
Bank Holidays, Easter, Halloween, Christmas Day and other National Days may be subject to time slot change.
Setup Times: For most Cool Kids Disco or NEON Packages I need about 45 to 60 minutes for setup (full 60 minutes with bouncy castle or Soft Play in the package). For all Magical Magician Packages I need about 30 minutes to setup (full 45 minutes if with bouncy castle in the package).
Pack up Times: Anywhere between 30 minutes to 45 minutes max.
