Safety Notes:
Bouncy castles or similar products you hire from us must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
All person using the equipment must follow all safety instructions as shown on the attached safety label.
Each bouncy castle has written on safety label how many person may use it at any one time.
Overnight Hire & Multi-Day Bookings:
If you choose to hire an item Overnight or as a Multi-Day Bookings then it must be setup in a secure location.
For example have a high fences or hedge surrounding the property (or back garden), have a lockable gate and someone actually residing onsite.
If your location is not deemed secure enough by us at delivery for overnight hire then we retain the right to remove the hired item before 8PM and cancel your overnight booking.
Indoor Hire:
We only offer all day hire for indoor use all year round.
We are unable to offer selected hours for just bouncy castle hire in halls unless you have the key all day and we can arrange collection later in the evening. This does not apply to the Inflatable "sport" party packages that have a set time slot!
Our inflatables are available to hire indoors all year round (for all day hires).
For indoor hall hire bookings, you will be required to show one form of identification.
It is your responsibility when booking our inflatable equipment to make sure it will fit in your hired hall.
Outdoor Hire:
We provide outdoor all day hire from 1st April till 31st October.
